For this research paper, data had been collected by following a quantitative deductive approach of positivist research philosophy. Among 1, 500 questionnaires distributed to software project employees based in Pakistan registered under P@sha, 749 useable responses were received. Later, data was analysed through SPSS 26 and Smart PLS 3. The outcomes of the research indicate that ambidextrous leadership significantly influence project-based organisational innovation performance. Furthermore, there is the support that the manifestation of organisational learning tends to positively moderate the impact of ambidextrous leadership on project-based organisational innovation performance, whereas innovative climate plays an integral role as a catalyst for enhancing project-based organisational innovation performance through ambidextrous leadership.
