Abstract

Abstract: This invited opinion article reviews current uses and controversies in vernacular and pharmacological cannabidiol use in pediatric neurologic disorders. Since the recent emergence of cannabidiol availability to the general public and recent Food and Drug Administration approval, it is important to highlight and expand understanding about CBD mechanism of action, long-term use, safety, and indications in children with neurological disorders.
