Abstract

Abstract : Summary: Subtalar distraction arthrodesis is a hindfoot reconstructive procedure designed to treat posttraumatic sequelae of certain calcaneal fractures. This video demonstrates one method of performing this procedure which resulted in dramatic pain improvement and functional restoration.
