Abstract

Abstract : Spontaneous orbital decompression is an incidental radiological finding in patients of thyroid eye disease. It is rare with few case reports in ophthalmic literature. The authors describe a 48-year-old female with thyroid eye disease who was found to have a spontaneous orbital decompression on computed tomography imaging.
