Abstract

Abstract : Introduction/Background: To develop a new conceptual diagnostic tool that detects the extent, area, and depth of cervical dysplasia and early cervical cancer using noninvasive electrical property measurement and electrical property distribution imaging method and provides clinical diagnostic information. Methodology: The electrical properties of biomaterials are measured through the development of electrical property measurement probes and measurement systems using multi-channel electrodes. And then anomaly detection algorithm is made by analyzing the electrical property measurement values after measuring 10 normal cervical tissues and 37 cervical dysplasia tissues (Calculation system). Results: There was a large difference in the change of the electrical property according to the frequency between the electrophysiological spectrum of the cervical tissue in normal and dysplasia (figure 2). Conclusion: There was a large difference in the change of the electrical property according to the frequency between the electrophysiological spectrum of the cervical tissue in normal and dysplasia. Using this electrophysiological spectrum may be useful in diagnosis and prediction algorit. Disclosure: Nothing to disclose.
