- Abstract : A large congenital aneurysm, arising from the first diagonal branch of the left anterior descending artery in a 52 year old woman was diagnosed by transoesophageal echocardiography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. Surgical closure of the aneurysm was successful.
