Abstract

Abstract : Combining exceptional porous polymers with patterning techniques would enable the fabrication of a new generation of devices with superior molecular size‐selective features. On page 2277, S. H. Han, P. Falcaro, and co‐workers propose a microfabrication protocol based on X‐ray lithography. Remarkably, the irradiation process enhances the perm‐selective properties. With this protocol, it is possible to apply thermally rearranged polymer to deliver gas molecules, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, within miniaturized devices.
