Abstract:: Abstract: The base‐catalyzed one‐pot reaction of 2‐halo‐N‐arylbenzamides with CuCN furnishes 2‐arylquinazolines or tetracyclic isoindoloquinazolines in DMSO at 135°C or dioxane at 101°C, respectively.
