Abstract

Abstract : A neonatal presentation of Caroli's disease with severe cardiac and progressive renal pathology is described. The availability of small paediatric endoscopes ensured early diagnosis. Despite aggressive medical management, the baby died with severe bleeding complications before potentially life saving multiple organ transplantation could take place.
