Abstract

Abstract : Cancer Chemo‐Immunotherapy In article number 2103497, Yubin Huang, Dongfang Zhou, and co‐workers demonstrate an engineered endogenous tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs)‐targeting biomimetic nano‐red‐blood‐cell (RBC) system to deliver chemotherapeutic doxorubicin and oxygen for enhanced cancer chemo‐immunotherapy. TAMs‐targeting depletion and hypoxia alleviation synergistically reprogram the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment. The ensuing TAMs‐targeted chemo‐immunotherapeutic effects markedly inhibit tumor metastasis and recurrence.
