- Abstract : Halide Perovskite Semiconductors In article number 2100394, Guillaume Wantz & co. demonstrate that coating halide perovskite semiconductors on top of the well‐known PEDOT:PSS hole transporting layer is affecting the polymer. Halide precursors are penetrating into the PEDOT:PSS inducing a strong electrical doping. Its conductivity increases by two orders of magnitude having implications on cross‐talk currents in LEDs and on short‐circuit currents overestimation in solar cells.
