Abstract

Abstract : (Abstracted from Fetal Diagn Ther 2020;47:824–833) Preeclampsia (PE) and intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) are among the many causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Prior studies have shown that introduction of low-dose aspirin before 16 weeks of gestation can lead to a reduction in the prevalence of preterm PE and IUGR.
