- Abstract : Janus graphene nanosheets with hydroxyl groups on one side and fluorine atoms on the other have been prepared by the team at RCPTM Olomouc (Czechia) by a simple nucleophilic substitution reaction of fluorographene in a biphasic aqueous‐organic system. The graphene derivative interacts with polar water via hydroxyl groups, while it faces its fluorine atoms to nonpolar solvents. More information can be found in the Full Paper by M.
