- Abstract : By applying synergistic photothermal strategy, our previously reported DV‐FLCZ exhibited a low cross‐linking temperature with a drop of 75 °C, while still maintaining high‐quality film morphology with smooth surface and desirable surface energy. The red colloidal quantum dots light emitting diodes (QLEDs) based on photothermal induced cross‐linked hole transport layer, achieved almost the same device performance as only thermal induced one. Moreover, the strategy can be also used for other cross‐linkable hole transport materials (A‐HTMs), such as CBP‐V and DV‐FLBC. Such a large drop of cross‐linking temperature of X‐HTM has great practical potentials for future mass productions of QLEDs.
