Highlights: This paper introduces a semi-automated measurement CAD protocol utilizing extreme position planes for craniometric analysis. Observer-error testing showed the protocol is highly repeatable between investigators of varying anatomical experience. Broad applications for quantification of growth in clinical and forensic practice.
