- Abstract : Polyamine Phosphate Nanoparticles In article number 2102211, Sergio Enrique Moya and co‐workers present supramolecular polyamine phosphate nanoparticles (PANs) assembled from polyamines modified with polyethylene glycol (PEG) that vary size and charge depending on the number of PEG molecules per polyamine. PEGylated PANs with 10 PEG chains per polyamine display a core shell structure and show a longer circulation in vivo and reduced toxicological endpoints in vitro through the screening of positive charges by the PEG shell.
