- Abstract : Background: Natural disasters have been frequent in recent years. Effective treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease following natural disasters is an unsolved problem. We aimed to develop a comprehensive surgical treatment shelter to provide emergency interventional services for patients with critical cardiovascular disease following natural disasters. To evaluate the radiation and protection measures through monitoring c-arm X-ray machine radiation in the comprehensive surgical treatment shelter. We evaluate the radiation and protection measures through monitoring c-arm X-ray machine in the comprehensive surgical treatment shelter. Methods: The radiation dose detectors were used to evaluate the abdominal radiation dose rate when the surgical personnel were next to the c-arm X-ray machine with or without lead shade protection etc. The operation was carried out in nine perspective method detection that was the anteroposterior, head, right shoulder and foot position. Results: Blocked significantly lower radiation dose than the various parts of the storm drain (the unit uGy/h), anteroposterior (7.89 ± 0.19 to 229.80 ± 1.30, P < 0.001), head position (16.86 ± 0.11 to 255.20 ± 1.30, P < 0.001); right shoulder (32.38 ± 1.38 to 249.00 ± 1.22, P < 0.001); right former inclined (37.84 ± 0.35 to 134.60 ± 1.52, P < 0.001); left shoulder (38.20 ± 0.07 to 282.40 ± 1.14, P < 0.001); left front inclined (26.54 ± 0.15 to 276.00 ± 1.22, P < 0.001); liver (36.50 ± 0.19 toAbstract : Background: Natural disasters have been frequent in recent years.
