Abstract

Abstract: What is architecture's role within the agenda of food as a catalyst for urban production and development? Having completed a commissioned study in 2015 for the West Louisville Food Port in Kentucky, along with a research studio at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, Shohei Shigematsu, partner at OMA, shares his insights on the subject with Guest‐Editors Rafael Luna and Dongwoo Yim .
