- Abstract : Effective monitoring of liver hypoxia is crucial for warning of drug-induced liver injury. Here, a novel photoacoustic/fluorescent dual-modal probe was rationally developed to image isoniazid-induced liver hypoxia through detecting nitroreductase. Abstract : Effective monitoring of liver hypoxia status is crucial for the detection and treatment of drug-induced liver injury. Here, a novel photoacoustic and fluorescent dual-modal probe (NO2 -CS ) was rationally developed and applied to image isoniazid-induced liver hypoxia through detecting the over-expressed nitroreductase.
