Abstract

Highlights: Transient perivascular inflammation of the carotid artery (TIPIC) is a rare condition. TIPIC is characterized by typical ultrasonographic findings and local pain. A case of TIPIC in a patient who was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 is described.
