Abstract

Abstract : Basilar invagination due to a congenital skeletal disorder kinked the brainstem at the ponto-medullary junction causing both auditory nerves to make an acute turn at the porus acousticus. The associated bilateral asynchronous clicking tinnitus responded to carbamazepine.
