- Abstract : A patient who has expectorated bronchial casts for 23 years is reported. The casts contained mucus, fibrin, and lymphocytes, and the resected middle lobe showed dilated lymphatics with thickened walls at the hilum and lymphoid aggregates in the terminal bronchioles.
