Abstract

Abstract : Hemangioblastomas (HBs) are highly vascular tumors whose resection can be associated with significant bleeding. Angioembolization has been used as an adjunct to surgical therapy, but particle embolization of cerebellar HBs has been associated with hemorrhage and resultant morbidity and mortality. We present a case of successful n -BCA embolization of an HB of the cerebellum.
