Abstract

Abstract: Ariane 6 is the future European Launcher launched from The Guiana Space Center. Designed to answer to launcher market expectations for the full range of satellites, any orbits and missions, the Ariane 6 launcher comes in 2 configurations, A62 and A64 corresponding to a design with 2 or 4 side Solid Rocket Motors. The first launch is planned in 2020 with a launch rate objective at full operational capability of 12 over a year. Besides, the Ariane 6 launcher program corresponds to the 1st application of the French Space Operation Act [3] from the beginning of an European Launch System development. The Space Debris Mitigation for European Space Agency projects [4] is also considered as prerequisite for the Ariane 6 launcher development.
