- Highlights: The Goldenberg apraxia test (GAT) can clinically quantify apraxia severity. A GAT score of <106 differentiates probable CBS from other Parkinson-plus patients. The GAT and PSP-Rating Scale provide high specificity in discriminating possible PSP and MSA.
