- Abstract : A 67 year old man with the myasthenic syndrome associated with small cell bronchogenic carcinoma was treated with a new drug, 4-aminopyridine. The muscle weakness showed marked improvement and electrophysiological examinations demonstrated restoration of neuromuscular transmission.
