- Abstract : Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is an autosomal dominant disorder with multiple systemic manifestations. Pulmonary involvement has been reported in the form of interstitial fibrosis, emphysema, pulmonary hypertension and thoracic neoplasm. We report a case of desquamative interstitial pneumonia in a non-smoker with NF1.
