Abstract

Abstract: TTP, Preeclampsia have similar manifestations in pregnancy. Establishing the right diagnosis is essential as the treatment is different. Endocarditis‐induced TTP should be suspected when neurological symptoms, thrombocytopenia are present. Abstract : TTP, Preeclampsia have similar manifestations in pregnancy.
