Abstract

Abstract: We present a case of an 8‐month‐old boy with Silver‐Russell syndrome who had high pulmonary vascular resistance, atrial septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus. He underwent cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass without any complications.
