Abstract

Abstract: Colonoscopy is an effective procedure for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening. Perforation is a rare yet the most severe complication, identified by landmarks—double dolphin, triangle, or double‐wall sign signifying air and intracolonic contents leaking into the peritoneal space.
