- Abstract : An unusual endobronchial lipoma characterised by pleomorphic, multinucleated giant cells admixed with mature adipose cells developed in a 52 year old woman, arising from the right middle lobe bronchus. Lobectomy was performed and the postoperative course was uneventful.
