Abstract

Abstract: The Gore Viabahn VBX balloon‐expandable endoprosthesis (W. L. Gore & Associates, Flagstaff, AZ) is a flexible covered stent that is FDA‐approved for the treatment of iliac artery stenosis, including lesions at the aortic bifurcation. In this case series, we report the first use of the VBX covered stent in congenital heart disease, highlighting several of its unique advantages.
