- Abstract : An elderly patient presented with a right sided pneumothorax due to strangulation of part of the colon through a congenital Bochdalek hernia. Congenital posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia of Bochdalek is rare in an adult and strangulation with pneumothorax has not been reported before.
