Abstract

Abstract : Small RNAs are crucial for the regulation of basic cellular processes and protection against viruses and transposons in mosquitoes. Rozen-Gagnon et al. established CLIP (cross-linking and immunoprecipitation) for Argonaute proteins in Aedes aegypti . Their study sheds light on small RNA–target interactions in mosquitoes and provides an important resource for further study.
