Abstract

Abstract : Bio‐piezoelectric platforms with the ability of mechanical–electrical energy conversion exhibit great potential in the biomedical field. In article number 2008452, Wansong Chen, Yan Zhang, Chris Bowen, and co‐workers review the latest development of bio‐piezoelectric platforms from a broad perspective, highlighting the design and engineering strategies of bio‐piezoelectric materials and systematically outlining the current state‐of‐the‐art in biomedical applications.
