Abstract

Abstract: This Review article 'The energetic brain – A review from students to students' has been written by a group of students following the 14th International Society for Neurochemistry Advanced School held in 2018. Comprehensively written by students for students, it provides both an excellent educational opportunity and a state‐of‐the‐art insight into the field of brain energy metabolism specifically targeted to young researchers, fulfilling an important aspect of the International Society for Neurochemistry's educational mission. The current Review continues a series of similar student‐authored articles that Journal of Neurochemistry has published since 2016.
