Abstract

Abstract : A 5.6‐inch foldable AMOLED panel and an in‐cell touch sensor built up on a symmetrical stacking structure from separate flexible substrates has been demonstrated. To simplify the configuration of outer lead bonding, a key electrical transfer of touch signal to an opposite substrate along z‐axis direction is by using conducting beads. The observations of conducting beads, electrical measurements, resistance calculations and failure model analysis have been reported in this paper.
