- Abstract : This paper proposes a novel micro light‐emitting diode (microLED) pixel circuit using pulse width modulation (PWM) driving for preventing wavelength shifts caused by characteristic of micro‐LED. In addition, the proposed circuit applies the internal Vth compensation method to remove external sensing structure.
