Abstract : In article number 2003899, Anshan Shan and co‐workers establish a progressive screening system to obtain simplified, potent and nontoxic β‐hairpin amphipathic prototypes against bacterial infections. Functional optimization triggered by the delicate balance of biomodulators could facilitate the advancement of peptide‐based antimicrobial biomaterials.
