Abstract

Abstract: In January 2021, the editorial team of Policy & Internet changed from the Oxford Internet Institute to the Department of Media and Communications at the University of Sydney. This article invites all the past and current editors to contribute to the future directions and discussion of internet and public policy. It is collection of six contributions covering the trajectory of the internet policy research agenda, platform power in the digital economy, algorithms and the need for transparency, media diversity and platform regulation, speech in the age of content moderation and age‐gating the internet. The collection of essays highlights the past 10 years of the journal and paints a clear trajectory for the next era of Policy & Internet . Abstract : 2021年1月，《政策与互联网》期刊编辑团队从牛津大学互联网研究所变更为悉尼大学媒体与传播学院。本文邀请历任和现任所有编辑为关于互联网和公共政策的未来方向及探讨作贡献。本篇社论收集了6篇文章内容，涵盖互联网政策研究议程轨迹、数字经济中的平台权力、算法和透明性需求、媒体多样性和平台监管、内容审核时代下的言论、以及互联网实行年龄限制。收录的文章强调了本刊过去十年的历程，并为《政策与互联网》的下一个时代描绘清晰路线。 Abstract : En enero de 2021, el equipo editorial de Policy & Internet cambió del Oxford Internet Institute al Department of Media and Communications de la Universidad de Sídney. Este artículo invita a todos los editores pasados y actuales a contribuir a las direcciones futuras y la discusión de Internet y las políticas públicas. Es una colección de seis contribuciones que cubren la trayectoria de la agenda de investigación de políticas de Internet, el poder de la plataforma en la economía digital, los algoritmos y la necesidad de transparencia, la diversidad de los medios y la regulación de la plataforma, el discurso en la era de la moderación de contenidos y el envejecimiento de Internet. La colección de ensayos destaca los últimos diez años de la revista y pinta una trayectoria clara para la próxima era de Policy & Internet.
