- Abstract : Ascidian‐inspired, fast‐forming hyaluronic acid hydrogel systems are developed for versatile biomedical applications by Seung‐Woo Cho and co‐workers in article number 1705244 . Dual modes of pyrogallol‐based oxidative crosslinking chemistry can form hydrogels possessing different physical and mechanical properties, allowing differential biomaterial platforms such as microparticles and tissue adhesives. The developed biomaterials are successfully demonstrated for sustained growth factor delivery and non‐invasive cell therapy.
