Abstract

Abstract: Systemic sclerosis patients with primary cardiac involvement can be reliably diagnosed by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and are associated with a poor prognosis. This case report highlights the importance of considering heart transplantation in those patients as a lifesaving procedure.
