- Abstract : Rapid diagnostic testing at the site of the patient is essential when a fully equipped laboratory is not accessible. In article number 2008712, Rob Ameloot and co‐workers present a novel powder‐based 3D‐printing method that enables monolithic capillarity‐driven microfluidic devices. Precise spatial control over the internal surface chemistry of porous bodies is used to fabricate microfluidic devices capable of multistep laboratory assays in a self‐contained format.
