- Abstract : We developed a solvent-tailored ordered self-assembly strategy to create an anisotropic meso-matrix, which displays great potential to align organic molecules for structural elucidation via anisotropic NMR parameters. Abstract : Herein, we have developed a solvent-tailored ordered self-assembly strategy to create anisotropic nanomaterials. A trace amount of water has been found to be a predominant factor to direct peptide self-assembly into an anisotropic meso-matrix in DMSO. The obtained meso-matrix was applied to measure the anisotropic RDC parameter of organic molecules for structural elucidation.
