- Abstract : Improving the density and detonation velocity, and reducing the sensitivity by introducing the fluorodinitromethyl group. Abstract : Six energetic compounds bearing the dinitromethyl group and based on the triazolotriazine fused ring skeleton were achieved. All structures were confirmed using infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR spectroscopy, high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Among them, potassium salt and neutral compound 3, 7-bis(fluorodinitromethyl)-[1, 2, 4]triazolo[5, 1- c ][1, 2, 4]triazin-4-amine exhibit high densities (2.06 g cm −3 and 1.95 g cm −3, respectively), detonation velocities of up to 9028 m s −1, and excellent friction sensitivity (>360 N).
