Abstract : EVIDENCE‐BASED ANSWER : Low‐dose aspirin reduces the risk of preeclampsia and its complications (preterm birth, intrauterine growth restriction, and perinatal death) in high‐risk pregnant women (SOR: A, consistent meta‐analyses). The exact dose (60 or 100 mg) and the optimum time of initiation are not entirely clear (No SOR, conflicting meta‐analyses).
