- Highlights: Intra-cranial hemorrhage and pulmonary embolism are life-threatening pathologies. CT imaging is essential to confirm diagnosis. In a real-time clinical setting AI shows the potential to rule out ICH and PE. The positive predictive value of AI remains moderate. AI has the potential to assist radiologists and serve as real-time clinical adjunct.
