Abstract

Highlights: Deep dentate nucleus stimulation improved ataxia and tremor in a patient with SCA-3. The dentate nucleus modulation could strength the connection between the cerebellum and several brain regions. The use of non-invasive stimulation as a tool for predicting surgical response appears to be promising.
