Abstract

Abstract : Cover Illustration: Micrograph of immunohistochemical detection of the Müller glial cell (MGC) makers Vimentin (green) and GFAP (red) of human induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived MGCs (hiMGCs). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). The immunostaining revealed that both fresh and thawed hiMGCs similarly expressed MGC markers but not GFAP a marker of gliosis in Muller cells.
