Abstract

Abstract: We introduce here a quick and easy new technique for comparing efficiencies of Partially Balanced Incomplete Block Designs (PBIBDs) with the same values of the parameters v, b, r and k. We demonstrate the use of the newly proposed technique by first constructing some PBIBDs based on some association scheme and then comparing some of the newly constructed PBIBDs with designs already existing in literature.
